Job Title: Mobile Plant Fitter
Location: Mobile, Midlands (covering areas from Birmingham, Oxford, Bicester, Buckinghamshire)
Job Type: Permanent, 42.5 hours per week
Salary: £15.50 - £18.00per hour, vehicle provided
Overview:
Unify are thrilled to be recruiting for a Mobile Plant Fitter to join an established Construction Plant business. As the Mobile Plant Fitter, you will be tasked with maintaining diagnosing faults, fitting and servicing a range of ADT’s, Dozers, Telehandlers, Excavators and agricultural and compaction equipment.
What do I need?

Strong background in plant or construction equipment maintenance.

Strong organisational, time keeping and communication skills
-
NVQ or equivalent qualification in construction plant mechanics or similar.

Keen attention to detail and a solution-focused approach to tasks.

CSCS card desirable but not essential
-
Full UK Driving Licence.
Responsibilities:

Conduct routine maintenance, repairs and diagnostic checks on plant machinery and equipment.

Troubleshoot electrical and hydraulic issues effectively and efficiently.

Carry out regular fluid monitoring and lubrication as well as replenishment.

Carry out fitting replacement parts, preventative maintenance and monitoring of machinery

Perform servicing in line with manufacturers' specifications and standards.

You’ll also have the opportunity to support the across the Digital division with the installation of GPS and machine control systems, human-form recognition cameras, height and slew restriction technology and other emerging solutions as the division continues to develop. Full product training and ongoing support will be provided where required
