We are looking for reliable and compassionate Domiciliary Care Workers to provide high-quality care and support to service users in their own homes across Hemel Hempstead and surrounding areas.
The successful candidates will support individuals with their day-to-day care needs while promoting their independence, dignity and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities

Provide person-centred care and support in service users' homes.

Assist with personal care, dressing, washing and other daily activities.

Support with meal preparation and household tasks where required.

Assist service users with mobility and maintaining independence.

Provide companionship and emotional support.

Follow individual care plans and safeguarding procedures.

Maintain accurate care records and report any concerns.

Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals and the care team.
Essential Requirements

Previous experience in domiciliary care, supported living or a similar care environment is desirable.

Right to work in the UK.

Candidates must be willing to travel between care visits.
