Helping users understand how AI can be used effectively, securely and responsibly within a professional environment.
Supporting the rollout and adoption of new applications, systems and technology initiatives.
Working with different departments to understand how technology is being used and identify opportunities for further training and adoption.
Creating easy-to-follow learning materials including user guides, videos, e-learning content, demonstrations, exercises and AI prompt examples.
Providing one-to-one coaching and support for users who require additional assistance.
Supporting technology pilots and new software releases, gathering feedback from users and helping identify any barriers to adoption.
Producing regular technology tips and communications designed to encourage greater use of available tools.
Maintaining training records and helping administer the organisation's Learning Management System.
Keeping up to date with developments across Microsoft 365, Copilot, generative AI and digital learning.

Previous experience delivering technology or systems training.
Strong working knowledge of
Microsoft 365
.
Knowledge or practical experience of
Microsoft Copilot
– this would be a major advantage.
An understanding of generative AI and how it can be used safely and effectively in the workplace.
Experience creating training materials, guides, e-learning content or instructional videos.
Confidence delivering both classroom and virtual training.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
A proactive and approachable personality with a genuine interest in helping people embrace technology.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple training activities and priorities.
Experience gained within a
law firm or professional services environment
would be particularly useful, although candidates from other sectors with strong technology training and adoption experience are also encouraged to apply.
Exposure to legal technology such as
iManage, Intapp, Proclaim, BundleDocs, DocuSign or Adobe Acrobat Pro
would also be beneficial but is not essential.
Microsoft, Copilot, training or digital adoption certifications would be welcomed, although practical experience and the ability to engage with users are equally important.
