We are looking for caring, compassionate and reliable Domiciliary Care Workers to join our team across Gloucestershire.
The Role
As a Domiciliary Care Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support tailored to each individual's needs, promoting independence, dignity, choice and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities

Provide person-centred care and support in service users' own homes.

Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and continence care.

Support morning and evening routines.

Provide medication support in line with care plans and agreed responsibilities.

Prepare meals and drinks according to individual preferences and dietary needs.

Support mobility, transfers and the safe use of mobility equipment.

Assist with light domestic duties, including cleaning and laundry.

Support individuals with dementia, disabilities and long-term health conditions.

Maintain accurate care records and report any changes or concerns.

Follow care plans, safeguarding, health and safety and company policies.

Work effectively with families, colleagues and other professionals.

Promote independence, dignity, privacy and choice at all times.

Previous care experience is desirable but not essential. We welcome applications from people who have the right values and are looking to start or develop a career in health and social care.
Experience in personal care, medication support, moving and handling, dementia care, disability support or care documentation would be advantageous.
