Rate: Range £192.31 per day (£50,000) / £230.77 per day (£60,000) depending on experience
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday (37.5 Hours per Week)

The Opportunity
Our client Aesop, a Luxury Beauty Brand is seeking an experienced Omni Media Strategist to join its Global CRM & Omni-Media team. Working closely with the Global Head of CRM & Omni-Media, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering omnichannel media strategies across international markets.
This role will have a particular focus on Paid Social, Meta platforms, creator/influencer (A&I) strategy, audience planning, campaign optimisation and performance analysis. You will work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, agency partners, and local market teams to ensure campaigns are strategically planned, effectively executed, and continuously optimised to drive business performance.
This is an exciting opportunity for a media professional who combines strategic thinking, analytical capability, and hands-on experience across paid media and creator-led campaigns within a global environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of global omnichannel media strategies.
Lead and contribute to Paid Social planning across Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
Support creator and influencer (A&I) strategy development and campaign planning.
Create and manage detailed media plans across multiple international markets.
Develop audience targeting and segmentation strategies to maximise campaign effectiveness.
Brief creative, content and copy teams on campaign asset requirements.
Coordinate campaign assets through activation, ensuring all specifications and deadlines are met.
Partner with global and local market teams to provide media guidance and strategic support.
Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights and optimisation recommendations.
Conduct competitor analysis, market research and trend forecasting.
Ensure media measurement, reporting and tracking frameworks are implemented effectively.
Support testing and optimisation initiatives across audiences, creative content, channels and campaign activity.
Manage relationships with agency partners and key stakeholders.
Act as a key point of contact for media-related support, best practice and troubleshooting.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Proven experience within a media agency, creative agency or in-house media team.
Demonstrable experience developing or supporting Paid Social strategies, particularly across Meta (Facebook and Instagram) platforms.
Experience working on creator, influencer or advocacy (A&I) campaigns and integrating these into wider media plans.
Strong understanding of audience planning, targeting, campaign optimisation and media performance metrics.
Experience analysing campaign data and translating insights into strategic recommendations.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
Experience working across multiple international markets.
Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Confidence working both strategically and operationally in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Desirable Experience
Previous experience within luxury beauty, premium retail, fashion, lifestyle or consumer brands.
Knowledge of campaign tracking, attribution, tagging and digital measurement frameworks.
Experience managing media agencies and external partners.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, media reporting platforms and digital marketing technologies.
Understanding of CRM and customer lifecycle marketing principles.
