The role…
We’re seeking a Commercial Enablement Coordinator to join our team and provide the organisational backbone behind GlobalData’s onboarding and enablement programmes. In this role, you’ll own the day-to-day admin, scheduling and content administration that keeps our commercial onboarding programme running smoothly, and give the wider Enablement and Coaching team the clean data and reporting they need to keep improving it.
This is an entry-level role with a clear growth path into a broader Enablement Specialist or Sales Operations career — it’s a great fit if you’re highly organised, comfortable with data and systems, and want to build a foundation in how a commercial team actually runs.
If you’re naturally organised, enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, and want to build a career in commercial enablement, we’d love to hear from you.
As a key member of the Commercial Enablement team, you will work closely with the Onboarding Office, Sales Operations, our Sales Enablement and Coaching Specialist, sales leadership and HR to keep our onboarding and enablement programmes running accurately and on schedule.
What you’ll be doing…
Coordinate the administrative and logistical backbone of our onboarding and enablement programmes — scheduling sessions, tracking attendance, and managing calendars and cohort logistics
Set up and manage recurring programme meetings and sessions through Microsoft Teams — scheduling, sending invites, organising channels, and keeping recordings and materials accessible to the team.
Own day-to-day content administration in Highspot — uploading, tagging and organising learning paths and materials, and keeping the new-joiner group and content library current.
Build and maintain reporting on enablement activity — e-learning completion, attendance, tool and platform adoption — giving the Enablement and wider team a clear, accurate picture to act on.
Support communications to new hires and managers — session invites, reminders, pre-work and programme updates.
Support tracking of new-hire capability progress throughout onboarding and probation — keeping records accurate and current so Enablement has a clear, up-to-date picture for assessment and sign-off.
Track onboarding and probation administrative milestones (e.g. Culture Amp setup, session sign-off) and flag gaps to the team early.
Provide first-line support for onboarding and enablement queries from new joiners and managers.
Support the day-to-day running of Week 1 bootcamp and cohort logistics, including materials, room and tech setup, and on-the-day support.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records across systems, so enablement and onboarding data is always clean and easy for the team to use.
What we’re looking for…
Strong organisational skills and close attention to detail — comfortable managing multiple moving parts and deadlines at once.
Comfortable managing meetings, invites and recordings through Microsoft Teams (or equivalent) — confident running the logistics of a busy shared calendar.
Comfortable working with reporting and data tools (e.g. Excel, LMS dashboards) to track and present activity clearly.
Clear, professional written and verbal communication — confident corresponding with new joiners, managers and senior stakeholders.
Interest in building experience with LMS/content-platform administration (e.g. Highspot) — full training given.
A proactive, can-do attitude — comfortable spotting a gap and picking it up without waiting to be asked.
Genuine interest in sales, coaching or people development, with ambition to progress toward a broader enablement or sales operations career over time.
Degree educated or equivalent experience; a previous internship or placement in a client-facing, research, or operational environment is a plus.
Comfortable working across multiple systems and juggling shifting priorities in a fast-paced, still-being-built environment.
In addition to a rewarding career, we support our GlobalData colleagues with a range of benefits across health, finances, fitness, travel, tech and more. To find out more about the roles and benefits on offer in your region, visit (url removed)
