Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to service operations
Supporting warranty work and timing jobs to meet dealership standardsRequirements:
Previous experience in an automotive administration or service department role
Experience with Kerridge DMS or equivalent automotive management software
Understanding of warranty procedures and retail timing processes
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Professional and proactive approach to customer service
Ability to work effectively independently and within a team
