Job Role

Managing a portfolio of cases and associated administration
-
Corresponding with debtors by email and post
-
Requesting and reviewing supporting information relating to debtor circumstances
-
Completing company and online searches to find and verify contact information
-
Making occasional outbound calls and handling inbound calls where required
-
Maintaining accurate case records and progressing cases in line with company processes
Skills and Experience
-
Previous experience within customer service, complaints or a similar environment
-
Strong administration and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
-
Confident written and verbal communication skills
-
Ability to manage and prioritise your own workload
-
Self-motivated, proactive and driven
-
Understanding of the importance of following processes and policies
