Responsibilities in your new role as a Business Analyst

Lead requirements gathering across business and technical teams.
-
Define and document business, functional and non-functional requirements.
-
Map current and future-state processes, user journeys and services.
-
Support business cases, options analysis and transformation decisions.

Maintain traceability from business need through to delivery and testing.
-
Produce high-quality outputs including user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases and process maps.

Support UAT and ensure solutions meet business requirements.

Promote best-practice BA standards, techniques and methodologies
Your personality, experience and qualifications
We're looking for someone with proven experience delivering high-quality Business Analysis within complex, fast-paced environments. You will bring:

Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders, influencing decisions and presenting clear recommendations.

Strong knowledge of BA techniques, including requirements elicitation, process analysis, user stories and use cases.

Experience in producing clear, structured analysis outputs, including process maps, mock-ups and service design artefacts.

Highly organised, able to manage competing priorities and deliver to deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for digital and process improvement.

Excellent communication skill and the ability to translate complex business and technical issues into clear, actionable outcomes.
