Responsibilities
-
Day Shift: 6:00am–2:00pm (30-minute unpaid lunch) – 3 positions available

Back Shift: 2:00pm–10:00pm (30-minute unpaid lunch) – 2 positions available

Prepare garments for embroidery by accurately and securely framing them.

Follow job instructions regarding garment positioning and orientation.

Remove backing, loose threads and finishing materials from completed garments.

Check garments for marks, defects, incorrect positioning and embroidery issues.

Fold and pack finished garments neatly to a high presentation standard.

Keep work areas clean, organised and production-ready.

Handle garments carefully and support the wider production team to maintain workflow.
Requirements

Previous experience as a machine operator or within a production/line environment is preferred.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, repetitive production role.

Excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for quality.

Able to follow instructions accurately and consistently.

Reliable, punctual and comfortable working as part of a team.

A clean, careful and organised approach to work.

Willingness to learn; previous embroidery experience is not essential
