PRS Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Handyman to join a well-established organisation in London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a practical and reliable maintenance professional with a strong understanding of general building maintenance. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a range of planned and reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring the site is maintained to a high standard.
Job Title: Handyman
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Hours: 38 hours per week
Working Hours: Monday–Thursday 7:30–16:00, Friday 7:30–14:00, plus one Sunday per month

Duties and Responsibilities
Carry out general maintenance and repairs across the site
Painting and decorating
Basic carpentry and joinery
Basic plumbing, including water treatment duties
Basic electrical maintenance and repairs
Cleaning and maintaining air handling units
Carrying out emergency lighting and fire alarm checks
Furniture repairs and maintenance
General fabric maintenance
Responding to reactive maintenance requirements
Carrying out any other ad-hoc maintenance duties as required
