Key Responsibilities
Provide a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment.
Plan and support age-appropriate learning activities in line with the EYFS.
Support children’s learning, development and wellbeing.
Observe and record children’s progress.
Build positive relationships with children, parents/carers and colleagues.
Promote learning through play.
Maintain high standards of health, safety and hygiene.
Follow safeguarding and child protection procedures.
Work effectively as part of the nursery team. Requirements
Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification or equivalent.
Previous nursery or Early Years experience.
Good understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding.
Caring, reliable and enthusiastic approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Enhanced DBS and satisfactory references required.
