At Get Recruited, we're looking for an accomplished recruitment professional who enjoys winning business, building lasting client relationships and developing a successful specialist desk.
We're a small, established recruitment business based in Ancoats, Manchester, working with clients across the UK in Insurance, Finance & Accounts, Marketing & Digital, Commercial, and Manufacturing & Engineering.
As we grow, we're looking for an experienced recruiter who wants to contribute to our commercial direction, bring ideas to the table and build a long-term career with us.
The opportunity:
You'll take ownership of a specialist desk, developing new client relationships, growing existing accounts and building a strong reputation within your market.
Alongside managing the full recruitment process, you'll identify opportunities for growth, develop key accounts and become a trusted adviser to clients on their hiring needs.
You'll work closely with the leadership team, contribute to how we develop the business and help set the standard for recruitment delivery and client service. There will also be opportunities to share your experience and support the development of colleagues.
We're open to discussing either a Principal Consultant or Associate Director appointment, depending on your experience and ambitions.
What you can expect:
Basic salary of up to £50,000 and OTE of £85,000.

About you:
You're an experienced 360 agency recruiter with a proven track record of winning business and delivering consistent billing performance.
You can build lasting client relationships, develop accounts and identify new commercial opportunities.
Experience in one of our markets would be useful, but we're equally interested in recruiters who can demonstrate how they would transfer their expertise into a new specialism.
You're comfortable taking ownership, contributing ideas and leading by example.
You take pride in delivering a high standard of service and are motivated by the opportunity to influence both your own success and the wider business.
