Location: Banbury, covering surrounding areas (80/20 split between site visits & office)
Remuneration: £50,000 - £60,000

The role of the Estimator – Building Services will involve:

Estimator position dealing with a range of mechanical, electrical and air-conditioning systems/services for commercial, residential and industrial sectors

Review tender enquiries to determine scope of works and project deadlines

Working on projects where each product/system is unique and therefore requires a bespoke approach

Taking details from drawings to produce BOQs allowing for a timely return of quotations for customer deadlines

Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database

Contact customers dealing with queries and providing additional technical information

Establish and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers

Managing projects up-to a value of £150k+
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator – Building Services with:

Must have experience as an Estimator working within the M&E or HVAC sectors

Reliable and approachable to build positive working relationships
-
Confident and professional communicator, with a proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a wider team

Ability to interpret project requirements and translate them into accurate cost plans
-
Strong numerical, analytical and commercial skills

IT Literate particularly excel
