Business Analyst – Central Nottingham / Hybrid
£45,000 - £55,000 + bonus, 35-hour work week and great benefits
This profitable and growing organisation require an experienced Business Analyst, who has a proven track record of success in a professional services business. You will be joining a market leading company, partnering with a variety of stakeholders to identify areas where efficiency can be improved. You will provide expert analysis, translate complex requirements and work with the team to deliver technical solutions.
As a Business Analyst, your responsibilities will range from benefits analysis, reviewing efficiencies, implementing improved operational processes, process documentation and much more. The organisation has a well-established culture of continuous improvement and you will help contribute to that, keeping aware of industry trends and emerging tech.
The role will be hybrid, with the expectation of 1-2 days per week in their central Nottingham office.

Experience / Responsibilities:
At least 3 years commercial experience as a Business Analyst
Experience working in the professional services e.g. finance, insurance, legal
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with senior stakeholders
Experience eliciting and analysing business and system requirements
Business process modelling / mapping
Experience creating Use cases, User Stories, Activity diagrams, and documenting Acceptance Criteria using MoSCoW
Developing storyboards and/or proof of concepts based on customer requirements
The ability to convert customer requirements into technical solutions
Agile / Waterfall
Relevant professional certifications desirable
