Location: Round Spinney, Northampton (NN3) Pay Rate: £14.21 per hour Shift: Rotating AM/PM shifts
Barker Ross is currently recruiting Injection Moulding Machine Operators for our client based in Round Spinney, Northampton.
Shift Pattern
Week 1 - AM Shift
Monday to Thursday: 06:00 - 14:00
Friday: 06:00 - 13:00
Week 2 - PM Shift
Monday to Thursday: 14:00 - 22:00
Friday: 13:00 - 20:00

The Role
You will be working in a busy production environment, operating injection moulding machines, carrying out assembly work and completing quality checks on finished products.
Full training will be provided, and once trained, you will be expected to work independently while maintaining high standards of production, quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Operate injection moulding machines safely and efficiently
Carry out assembly tasks according to instructions
Inspect products for defects or faults
Identify and report any quality issues
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail
Follow all company health and safety procedures
Maintain a clean and organised working environment
Requirements
Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment
Quality control or inspection experience is advantageous
Good attention to detail
Good eyesight for detailed inspection work
Ability to follow instructions accurately
