Production Operative
Location: Rickmansworth Rd, Watford
About the Business
Our client are recruiting for a Production Operative to join a specialist manufacturing business operating within a regulated pharmaceutical and healthcare environment.
The role will work primarily across filling and packing operations, supporting the safe and efficient manufacture of products to high quality and GMP standards.
The Role
You will be responsible for:

Operating filling and packing equipment safely and efficiently.

Following production procedures, work instructions and GMP requirements.

Carrying out basic quality checks and reporting any issues.

Completing production paperwork accurately.

Reporting equipment faults, material shortages or production problems.

Maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety and housekeeping.

Working as part of a production team to achieve daily targets.
