As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our Leeds team. As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will receive comprehensive training and support from experienced recruitment professionals while developing your own client and candidate network.
Key responsibilities will include:
Sourcing and attracting education professionals across West Yorkshire.
Building relationships with schools, academies and multi-academy trusts.
Interviewing and registering candidates.
Matching candidates to suitable vacancies.
Managing daily bookings and long-term placements.
Conducting sales calls and business development activity.
Supporting schools with staffing requirements across temporary and permanent vacancies.
Managing compliance and safeguarding processes.
Developing a strong understanding of the education recruitment market.What We're Looking For
A degree in any subject.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ambition to build a career in recruitment and sales.
A resilient and proactive approach to work.
Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
Confidence building relationships over the phone and in person.
The desire to learn, develop and progress within a growing business.
Previous sales, customer service or education experience is advantageous but not essential.What We Offer
