Brainkind Stagenhoe is looking for Healthcare Assistants to join our specialist neurological care team, supporting adults with neurological conditions and acquired brain injuries. What you'll do

Support service users with daily living activities and personal care.

Help deliver rehabilitation programmes and care plans.

Monitor and report changes in wellbeing to senior colleagues.

Encourage independence, choice and participation.

Maintain accurate records and ensure high standards of care.
About you
✔ Previous care experience is desirable
✔ Comfortable providing personal care
✔ Good communication and teamwork skills
✔ Basic IT, literacy and numeracy skills
✔ Passion for supporting others and making a difference
