Description
Manage the day-to-day administration of employee share plans.
Provide support to employees with queries related to share plans.
Work closely with external providers to ensure compliance and accuracy in share plan operations.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for share plan participants.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations for senior management on share plan performance.
Coordinate with the HR, payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate processing of share-related transactions.
Keep updated on relevant regulations and ensure adherence to compliance standards.
Support the HR department with any additional share plan-related tasks as required.Profile
A successful Share Plan Coordinator should have:
Experience in managing employee share plans or similar compensation schemes.
A strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements related to share plans.
Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
