We are currently looking for dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join the SEN Department within a college setting, supporting students with a range of additional learning needs.
This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and committed to helping young people achieve their full potential.
The role will involve:

Providing 1:1 and small-group support to students with SEN

Supporting students to access their learning and participate fully in college life

Working closely with teaching staff and the SEN team

Encouraging students' confidence, independence and personal development

Providing appropriate support with learning, communication and engagement

Helping to create a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment

Previous experience working within SEN/education is desirable, but we welcome applications from candidates with relevant transferable experience
