Membership Administrator

About the Role
We are seeking a Membership Engagement Administrator, who will play a key role in supporting the Membership Engagement Manager and the wider team to deliver an exceptional membership experience.
As a key member of the Membership Engagement team, you will support a positive membership experience by providing expert advice on membership, benefits and subscriptions, while ensuring member information is accurately maintained on our CRM system.
Key tasks and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Play a key role in maintaining accurate membership records, ensuring members are in the correct subscription categories and subscriptions are collected promptly.
Provide a world-class customer service experience to our membership and external stakeholders.
Champion improvement in member satisfaction by delivering a responsive, high-quality service across phone, email and CRM channels.
Identify and eliminate non-value-adding processes and suggest improvements to enhance membership engagement.
Processing of membership applications and training forms, as well as membership upgrades in a timely manner.
About You
We are looking for someone with experience in a similar role, ideally within a professional membership organisation or a charity organisation. You will be highly skilled at focusing on multiple workstreams simultaneously, with experience in handling sensitive data, processing financial transactions and working with CRM systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills are essential, including the ability to adapt communication to different audiences with sensitivity and professionalism. You will be exceptionally organised, possess a strong administrative background and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of your work.
