Smile Education is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Special Educational Needs (SEN) division. You'll build and develop your own 360 recruitment desk, partnering with SEN schools, alternative provisions and specialist settings to provide high-quality Teachers, Teaching Assistants and Support Staff.

Key responsibilities include:

Developing relationships with SEN schools and education leaders Winning new business through sales activity, networking and referrals Managing and growing client accounts Sourcing, interviewing and placing SEN education professionals Advertising vacancies and building candidate pipelines Managing temporary and permanent placements Conducting client meetings and school visits Negotiating rates and terms Working towards KPIs, revenue targets and progression goalsAbout You We're looking for ambitious, motivated and relationship-focused individuals.

You will have:
