This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Operations Director, Manufacturing Director, Plant Director or General Manager who enjoys helping ambitious businesses achieve their full potential.

Driving manufacturing and operational performance
Leading continuous improvement initiatives
Enhancing production planning and delivery performance
Supporting supply chain optimisation
Coaching and developing operational leadership teams

Significant manufacturing leadership experience
Proven success improving operational performance
Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement expertise
Strong commercial and strategic capability
Hands-on leadership style with excellent stakeholder management skills
Experience within engineering, industrial manufacturing, OEM or technical product environmentsThe Opportunity
Fractional appointment - approximately 2 days per week
