SHE Advisor - Construction
Location: Derby / Stoke
Salary: Up to £50,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits
Office Base: Derby or Stoke
Think Recruitment is working with an established construction contractor looking to recruit a SHE Advisor to join their new build and refurb Construction team.
The role will support a variety of new build, refurbishment, fit-out, engineering services and maintenance projects across the Midlands area.
The Role
Carry out site audits and inspections.
Support site teams with Health & Safety best practice.
Compile reports and identify areas for improvement.
Provide SHE advice during pre-construction.
Investigate accidents and incidents.
Attend key project and business meetings.
Support the development of SHEQ standards.What We're Looking For
NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate minimum.
Tech IOSH or above.
Construction / Health & Safety experience.
Strong communication skills.
Full UK Driving Licence.Package
