What they’re looking for from the Building Regulations Principal Designer:

Strong knowledge of Building Regulations and the Building Safety Act

Experience acting as a Building Regulations Principal Designer

HRB and Gateway 2 experience highly desirable

Ability to work confidently with clients, design teams and contractors
