First Aid Centre Administrator (fixed-term)

Provide calm care in the forest
We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our on-site First Aid Centre, supporting the wellbeing of both guests and colleagues. This role involves providing essential administrative support and assisting with First Aid duties when required.
What you'll be doing
Provide administrative support to the First Aid Centre
Coordinate clinics, meetings, diaries and visitor reception
Respond to emergency calls and maintain accurate records
Administer first aid assistance as required

Please note this is a fixed-term contract until 2nd October 2027
Part-time contract
You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 66 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
About you
Excellent communication skills and work effectively independently and in a team
First aid qualified or willing to undertake training
Composed decision-making under pressure with effective workload prioritisation
Strong administrative experience and IT proficiency
Full driving licence held for a minimum of 6 months
Note: You'll need to complete a DBS check before starting (we'll help with that).
