Supply Chain Coordinator
Location: Watford
Salary: £30,000 – 35,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-time, office based Monday -Friday
CTR Select is recruiting for a Supply Chain Coordinator to support the efficient and compliant management of a pharmaceutical supply chain.
Working across Supply Chain, Quality, Logistics and Regulatory teams, you will coordinate stock, deliveries, suppliers and documentation while ensuring compliance with GMP, GDP, company SOPs and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate deliveries, shipments and product availability, working closely with suppliers, customers, warehouses and logistics providers.

Monitor stock levels, batch numbers, expiry dates and product movements to maintain accurate inventory and traceability.

Check incoming pharmaceutical products, documentation and supplier status for compliance and authenticity.

Create and manage batch priority lists based on commercial forecasts.

Support stock reconciliation, investigate discrepancies and minimise stock-outs and expired stock.

Coordinate the receipt, distribution and disposal of pharmaceutical samples, maintaining accurate records and registers.

Review quality documentation and maintain controlled documents, SOPs, records and quality trackers.

Support deviations, CAPA, change controls, complaints and quality investigations.

Assist with audits, inspections, supplier reviews and temperature excursion investigations.

Prepare KPI reports covering inventory, order fulfilment, supplier and delivery performance.

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across supply chain and quality processes.
About You
We are looking for an organised, analytical and detail-focused professional with:

Experience or education in Life Sciences, Supply Chain, Logistics or Business Administration.

Experience within a pharmaceutical or regulated environment is desirable.

Good understanding of GMP, GDP and quality processes.

Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, sorting/filtering, VLOOKUP and reporting.

Experience using ERP systems such as SAP or Dynamics.

Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

A professional, flexible and commercially aware approach.

The ability to work effectively across multiple teams while maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
