Hours: Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3.30 pm Mon-Thu and 7 am to 2.00 pm Friday
Contract: Full time, Permanent

Due to the forecasted continued growth of our business, we are seeking to recruit Production Support Operatives to join our team.
As our Production Support Operative you will:
- Ensure that all goods delivered are of the correct quantity, of acceptable quality and processed promptly and correctly via the ERP system
- Transfer goods safely to the correct location, physically moving items to the appropriate work area in a prompt, safe, and efficient manner
- Participate in the transfer of goods between manufacturing sites
- Ensure that all ERP system transfers are processed promptly and correctly
- Ensure that all goods picked are of the correct quantity, and of acceptable quality as defined by the Quality Control procedures and processed promptly and correctly via the ERP system
- Pick and package goods appropriately and transfer safely to the correct location and process these promptly and correctly via the ERP system
- Physically move goods to the appropriate collection area in a prompt, safe, and efficient manner in order to facilitate external shipment.
- NCR recording and reporting, ensuring physical movement into Quarantine area
- Act as a focal point for any day-to-day “stock” related issues which may arise, utilising the data generated to proactively suggest any potential opportunities for improvement.
In order to be successful in this role you must have:
- Good standard of verbal and written communication skills
- Forklift truck experience preferrable
- Clean driving license desirable
- IT competent
- 3 Years + experience in a manufacturing role
- Able to operate equipment in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all health and safety procedures
- Work on own initiative, check work and solve problems
There is a requirement to be on call for our alarm (rota basis and premium payment), also to work a staggered shift to cover despatches (approximately one week in 5).
