You'll be joining a small, highly experienced permanent recruitment team with an established client base and ambitious plans to grow.

The Role
As a Permanent Recruitment Consultant, you will:
Take over a warm desk and existing business initially
Build your own sustainable client base through business development
Manage the full permanent recruitment process
Develop relationships with existing clients across the wider business
Attract, interview and manage candidates
Work across a broad range of permanent vacancies rather than one narrow specialism
Recruit roles ranging from Administrators through to Engineers, Production Managers and General Managers
Work towards an individual billing target of 100k
About You
This Permanent Recruitment Consultant opportunity would suit someone who:
Has solid permanent recruitment experience
Enjoys business development as well as managing existing accounts
Is confident building and developing their own desk
Likes the variety of generalist recruitment rather than being tied to one vertical
Can manage their workload without needing close supervision
Wants flexibility but still enjoys being part of an experienced team
Is looking for somewhere they can build for the longer term
