Looking for a rewarding role where you can make a genuine difference? We're working with a range of welcoming and inclusive schools across Basingstoke who are looking for dedicated support staff to join their teams.
As an SEN TA, you'll provide vital support to pupils who may face barriers to learning, helping them develop confidence, independence and positive relationships with school. Depending on the setting, you could provide one-to-one or small-group support to pupils with additional needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and challenging behaviour.

The ideal SEN TA will have previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Early Years Practitioner or within an SEN setting.
Experience supporting pupils across KS1 or KS2 would be advantageous, although we're also happy to hear from candidates who are looking to gain valuable experience and build a career in education.
You'll need to be available Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available.
