About the Role
As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you’ll play an important role in creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child feels happy, secure, valued, and encouraged to reach their full potential.
Creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment while maintaining appropriate staff-to-child ratios and following nursery policies and procedures
Observing and assessing children's development and maintaining accurate, high-quality records
Supporting safeguarding, health, safety, and welfare procedures, including completing relevant risk assessments and documentation
Working as part of a team to provide consistently high standards of care, learning, and education
What We’re Looking For
✅ A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification – essential
✅ Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting – essential
✅ A good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
✅ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
✅ A Paediatric First Aid qualification - desired

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
