Our Client is hiring to support a public service team with the design and delivery of secure ServiceNow solutions. This is a hands-on architecture role where you'll help shape an effective, sustainable platform-balancing business outcomes, technical standards, and long-term scalability.
What you'll be doing:
Lead the architecture design and delivery of secure ServiceNow solutions
Define architectural standards and architecture principles aligned to business and technology needs
Apply Common Service Data Model (CSDM) principles-designing data structures and guiding implementation
Produce clear solution design documentation and technical direction for delivery teams
Ensure the ServiceNow platform is built to be scalable, secure, and sustainable
Support integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems/third-party applications
Partner with technical teams and stakeholders to maintain strong alignment across deliveryWhat you'll bring:
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect
Practical, hands-on ServiceNow architecture experience across the platform and its capabilities
Strong CSDM knowledge, including data modelling and implementation approach
Ability to design solutions that stand up in complex enterprise environments
Experience defining technical standards and shaping solution documentation
Confident stakeholder engagement and communication across technical and business audiences
