As a Repairs Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to the Area Surveying Team and act as the first point of contact for enquiries. You will work closely with residents, contractors, and surveyors to ensure enquiries are handled efficiently, appointments are arranged promptly, and repair-related tasks are effectively managed.

Key Responsibilities

Provide general administrative support to the Area Surveying Team.

Act as the main point of contact for resident and contractor enquiries.

Liaise with residents and contractors to arrange and manage appointments.

Manage and monitor tasks within the CRM system, ensuring actions are completed or correctly assigned.

Support contract administration activities, including:

Attend team and contractor meetings and produce accurate meeting minutes.

Maintain accurate records and documentation.
-
Support the team in meeting service standards and performance targets.
