Job Description:
Fraser Edwards are currently working directly with a Social Housing Contractor to recruit a UPVC Carpenter for permanent role - undertaking work across South West London.
The Role:
This role will be on a repairs and maintenance contract, completing works in occupied and void properties.
Duties:

Carpentry - Hanging Doors, Skirting, Flooring, Architrave

Internal and External window repairs

Fit UPCV doors and windows

Lock renewals
-
Snagging Works
-
Logging works via PDA
-
Liaising with customers, clients, and staff
