About the Role
We are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Purley, specialising in the recruitment and supply of HGV Drivers.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in recruitment. Full training and support will be provided, so previous recruitment experience is not essential.
Key Responsibilities

Recruiting HGV drivers and building a strong candidate database

Speaking with candidates by phone and understanding their availability and experience

Advertising vacancies and attracting new drivers

Registering and completing compliance checks on new candidates

Matching suitable drivers to client requirements

Taking and filling driver bookings

Building strong relationships with both candidates and clients

Managing daily driver availability

Making outbound calls to candidates and clients

Working as part of a busy recruitment team

Providing excellent customer service to both clients and drivers
