FINANCE ANALYST / FINANCE ASSISTANT
SALARY: Up to £32,500 DOE
LOCATION: Redditch
Red Rock Consultants are working with a well-established healthcare organisation, who are looking to recruit a Finance Analyst to join their finance team.
Our client is looking for a commercially aware and detail-focused finance professional who enjoys working with data, identifying trends and supporting business decision-making through accurate financial analysis.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the successful candidate will support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and performance analysis, whilst maintaining robust financial controls and accounting records.
THE ROLE

Support annual budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.

Prepare financial analysis, management reports and KPI dashboards.

Assist with cashflow forecasting and performance analysis.

Maintain accurate financial records using Xero.

Complete balance sheet and other financial reconciliations.

Support month-end and year-end reporting.

Manage receivables and support transactional finance activities.

Assist with credit control and debtor reporting.

Maintain strong financial controls and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across finance processes.

Present financial information clearly to support business decision-making.
REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2 years' experience within a finance, accounting or analytical finance role.

Proven experience using Xero.

Experience supporting budgeting and forecasting.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present financial information.
