THE ROLE
As a Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out vehicle paint and refinishing work to a high standard, with a focus on quality, preparation and attention to detail.
·Prepare vehicle surfaces for paint application
·Carry out vehicle paint spraying and refinishing work
·Complete preparation and finishing work to a high standard
·Ensure quality and consistency throughout the repair process
·Maintain good attention to detail on every vehicle
·Work efficiently to meet required repair timescales
·Follow appropriate workshop and safety procedures
ABOUT YOU
·Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician
·Proven experience within an automotive Bodyshop environment
·Strong vehicle refinishing and preparation skills
·High standards of workmanship and attention to detail
·Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality
·Reliable and professional approach to work
·Good team-working skills
