Production Operative – Night Shift
Location: Bicester, Oxfordshire
Shift: 10:30pm–6:15am
Pay: £15.46 Per Hour
Job Type: Temporary
We are looking for Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing team in Bicester, working overnight to help keep production running smoothly.
This is a hands-on role suited to people who are dependable, work well as part of a team and are comfortable working through the night.
Key Responsibilities

Supporting day-to-day production activities

Feeding and operating production machinery
-
Assembling and preparing products
-
Packing finished goods ready for dispatch

Checking products for quality and reporting any issues

Keeping production areas clean, tidy and safe

Working safely and following site procedures at all times
What We're Looking For

A reliable and committed approach to work

Good attention to detail

Comfortable working independently when required

Able to follow processes and instructions

Physically comfortable with a hands-on role

Good communication and teamwork skills

Previous experience in production, manufacturing or a similar environment would be an advantage, but is not essential
Full training will be provided.
