Production Operative – Early & Late Shifts
Location: Bicester, Oxfordshire
Shifts: 6:00am–2:30pm / 2:15pm–10:45pm
Pay: £13.45
Job Type: Temporary / Ongoing
We are looking for reliable Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing operation in Bicester.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for ongoing work with a choice of early or late shifts.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be part of the production team, helping to ensure products are manufactured, checked and prepared to the required standards.
Duties will include:

Working on a production line

Operating machinery and equipment
-
Assembling and packing products
-
Carrying out quality checks
-
Following production and health & safety procedures
-
Keeping your work area clean and organised
-
Working with colleagues to meet production targets
What We’re Looking For

Reliable and punctual

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Good attention to detail

Comfortable following processes and instructions

Physically able to remain active throughout the shift

Positive attitude and good team-working skills

Previous production or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential
