Prospero Teaching are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Clacton-on-Sea, starting ASAP. The school is looking for a committed practitioner with strong communication skills, effective behaviour management, and a genuine desire to support pupils both academically and socially.
📌 CONTRACT DETAILS
Location - Clacton-on-Sea
Position - Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
Type of work - Classroom support and small group intervention work
Start date - ASAP
Duration - Ongoing / Long-term
Full time/part-time - Full time
Rate of pay - £90-£100 per day (depending on experience)
Hours - 08:30am - 15:45pm
📚 EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
Experience supporting children in a UK primary school setting (placements accepted)
Experience working with pupils who require additional learning support is desirable
Relevant LSA, TA, childcare, or education-based qualifications desirable
Up-to-date Safeguarding training issued within the last year (desirable)
✔️ TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one
Provide two professional child-related references
