My client is an established sub-contract laser and fabrication company, based in Redditch. Due to expansion, they have an urgent requirement for a Welder Fabricator to join their existing team on the shop floor.
The Welder Fabricator role will involve:
- Reading engineering drawings
- Producing bespoke components with stainless steel and aluminium
- Both MIG and TIG welding.
Then ideal candidate for the Welder Fabricator will:
- Come from a fabrication/sheet metalworking background.
- Have held a similar role previously,
- Be approachable and able to work with the team.
- Be an experienced MIG and TIG Welder Fabricator
- Ideally be able to use a robot welder
