We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join a large public sector organisation in Essex on a 12 month FTC, supporting the delivery of two significant business change and transformation programmes. The role is focused on understanding how the organisation operates today, mapping existing processes and helping to define improved future ways of working.
Working closely with stakeholders across different areas and levels of the organisation, you’ll lead process mapping and AS-IS / TO-BE analysis, facilitate workshops, gather and document requirements and identify gaps, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. You’ll also carry out impact analysis and help translate complex organisational change into clear processes, requirements and recommendations.
This would suit a well-rounded Business Analyst with strong experience across business process mapping, process improvement and AS-IS / TO-BE analysis, who is comfortable working with a broad range of stakeholders and bringing structure to complex business problems. Experience of organisational change, operating model transformation or wider business transformation would be beneficial, although specific public sector experience isn’t essential
