Principal Water EIA Consultant
Location: Cardiff
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000

We are working with an established water environment consultancy who are looking to add a Principal Water EIA Consultant to their Cardiff team.
The role would suit someone with a strong background in water environment, hydrology or hydrogeology, with good experience working on EIA projects and producing technical reports and assessments.
You will be involved in a range of projects, providing technical input, reviewing work and supporting more junior members of the team. You will also work closely with clients and other consultants throughout the delivery of projects.
Key responsibilities:
Lead and contribute to water environment assessments and EIA chapters.
Provide technical advice across hydrology, hydrogeology and water environment projects.
Review technical reports and other project outputs.
Work with clients and multidisciplinary project teams.
Support and mentor junior members of the team.
Contribute to the continued growth of the water environment team.Requirements:
Strong experience in water environment, hydrology and/or hydrogeology.
Experience delivering water environment inputs to EIA projects.
Good technical report writing and communication skills.
Experience working with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
Chartered status through CIWEM, ICE, Geological Society or a similar body, or working towards chartership.Benefits:
