We are recruiting Assembly Operatives to join a busy and expanding manufacturing company based in Hinckley. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business offering a long-term, temp-to-perm position with full training provided.
As an Assembly Operative, you will be responsible for assembling plastic and aluminium components using hand tools, including a pop rivet gun. Working as part of a production team, you will ensure products are assembled accurately, safely, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities

Assemble plastic and aluminium components.

Safely operate a pop rivet gun and other hand tools.

Follow assembly instructions and production processes.

Carry out visual quality inspections.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area.

Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
What we're looking For

Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential.

Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Confidence using hand tools or a willingness to learn.

Reliable, hardworking, and punctual.

Able to work the afternoon shift on a Monday to Friday basis.
