Service Advisor / Service Receptionist Company Overview:
Our client is a well-established franchised dealership in Aylesbury, part of a small, family-run business with a loyal local customer base. They are looking for two experienced Service Advisors / Service Receptionists to join their busy aftersales team.

Service Advisor / Service Receptionist Role and Responsibilities:

Booking in vehicles for service, repair and MOT, by phone, email and in person

Meeting and greeting customers, managing arrivals and departures

Liaising with the workshop to provide customers with accurate updates and explanations of work required

Producing invoices and taking payments

Promoting additional services and products where appropriate
Service Advisor / Service Receptionist Skills and Experience:

Previous experience in a Service Advisor, Service Receptionist or similar aftersales role within a motor dealership or garage

Confident, professional telephone and face-to-face manner

Comfortable using a Dealer Management System (DMS)

Well organised, with a methodical approach to bookings and paperwork
