BMSL Group are looking for a motivated and skilled UPVC Window Fitter to join their team on projects around south wales, In this role, you will be responsible for installing UPVC (Unplasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) windows, across various residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities

Measure and mark window openings accurately to ensure proper fitment of UPVC units

Install UPVC windows and doors according to schematics, technical drawings, and manufacturer specifications

Use hand tools and power tools effectively to cut, shape, and secure window frames and components

Prepare the worksite by clearing debris, setting up towers or ladders, and ensuring safety protocols are followed

Conduct quality inspections post-installation to verify proper sealing, alignment, and functionality

Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule while maintaining safety standards
Experience
-
Proven experience in UPVC window fitting or related construction roles such as carpentry or glazing

Familiarity with schematics, technical drawings, and installation instructions specific to UPVC products

Hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and equipment in a construction environment

Knowledge of masonry, plastering, plumbing, electrical systems, or construction painting is a plus but not required

Ability to interpret technical schematics and follow detailed instructions accurately

Prior experience working with construction site safety protocols and regulations is highly valued
