Berry Recruitment are looking for a Warehouse Operative with a Counterbalance Forklift License to support a successful client in Terrington St Clements.
Working as part of a team of three, you will be responsible for the accurate picking, packing and dispatch of orders. The role involves traditional hand pick-and-pack warehouse duties including operating a forklift, along with supporting the team with other tasks when required.
Main responsibilities will include:-
Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Preparing and dispatching orders for delivery.
Booking deliveries and arranging courier collections.
Using IT systems to process orders and dispatches.
Loading and unloading goods safely.
Operating a forklift where required.
Requirements:-
Good attention to detail.
Good IT skills as you will be booking deliveries and dispatching orders.
Willing to work with the small team on other tasks when required.
A valid Counterbalance Forklift License.
Hours:- Monday to Friday, 8:00am until 5:00pm, with 2x 30 minute breaks.
Rate of pay:- £17.12 per hour UMBRELLA.
This is a temporary position for 6-8 weeks with the opportunity to go permanent.
