Your Day-to-Day
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll:
Interview and place candidates into schools
Build strong relationships with candidates and clients
Hit weekly KPIs and performance targets
Develop sales, negotiation and influencing skills
Be coached daily by experienced, high-performing consultantsYou won't be left to figure it out alone. From day one, you'll receive structured training, coaching and support designed to help you become a successful recruiter.
Career Progression
Once you've completed the Impact Academy, you'll progress into a full sales role with specialist training in:
