TeamJobs are working with a well-established manufacturing company in Poole who are looking for an experienced Sheet Metal Press Brake Operator / Workshop Operative to join their team on a permanent basis.

Supported training and development opportunitiesHours:
Monday - Thursday 8:30am-4:30pm
Friday 8:30am-4:00pm
39.5 hours per weekThe Role:
Operating CNC machinery including Press Brakes, Guillotines and Turret Punches
Producing aluminium and galvanised metal trims and flashings
Manufacturing bespoke profiles from customer specifications and technical drawings
Checking finished products meet the required quality and specification
Supporting other areas of the workshop when required
Ensuring machinery and working areas are maintained safelyWhat We're Looking For:
Previous sheet metal fabrication experience is essential
Experience operating Press Brakes and Guillotines
Ability to confidently read and understand technical drawings
Strong attention to detail
Good Health & Safety awareness
A positive, hands-on attitude
